A Ukrainian inventor, a Dutch filing, a European patent. The procedural details are unforgiving, and the deadlines are not negotiable.
We advise on filing strategy, priority and PCT timing, and on which claims are worth pursuing where examination will be conducted abroad.
Our patent specialist has handled more than a thousand patent and intellectual property protection cases across fifteen years — the depth that only comes from repetition.

In which jurisdictions do you run patent and trademark work?
The Netherlands and the European patent office are the main axes for our European work, with Ukraine and other jurisdictions engaged as the specific case requires. We handle the European side directly and work with local counsel where the matter is not European.
What does an IP audit actually deliver?
A list of what the company owns, what it uses, and where the two diverge — which is usually where the exposure is. It ends with a prioritised list: what to register, what to enforce, what to stop using and what to leave alone for now.
How long does a patent or trademark matter usually take?
Registration of an EU trade mark can run in months; a patent that proceeds to examination takes considerably longer, and opposition or invalidation adds more. The schedule that matters is the one for enforcement, because that is what is usually under time pressure.
